What Sage’s processing means.
Sage reads your record so it can reflect patterns back to you. It does not diagnose you or the person you wrote about, does not turn your history into a score, and does not share your entries. The reflections you see are grounded in what you have actually written.
The limits of privacy on an unlocked device.
No app can protect a diary from someone using your unlocked phone. If someone else may have access to your device, use its screen lock. Touchstone cannot restore what a shared device exposes.
You choose whether anything is shared.
When sharing is available in your version of Touchstone, you choose what to include and who can see it. Touchstone does not share your diary automatically or by default.
Deletion and export.
You can delete your data using the app’s account controls when available, or by contacting support. The privacy policy has the authoritative, current explanation of what is stored, how long, and what can be exported.
Analytics and advertising.
Touchstone does not sell your data or run advertising against your diary content. Aggregate, non-content measurement helps us keep the app working; the privacy policy has the details on what is collected and why.
